📚We are excited to introduce a new section in our blog: "Industrial Engineering Terminology."
This section is dedicated to exploring key terms commonly used in the field of industrial engineering. Each term is accompanied by simplified yet comprehensive definitions designed to help students and aspiring engineers understand these concepts with ease while expanding their technical vocabulary.
💡We sincerely hope this section proves helpful and enriches your journey in the field
We begin our section today with these terms:
-Poka-Yoke (Japanese for “mistake-proofing”) refers to mechanisms or processes designed
to prevent, detect, or correct human errors. It is primarily used in manufacturing and industrial engineering to improved quality and efficiency by reducing defects caused .by human mistakes
